PRIVACY NOTICE – ART. 13 OF REGULATION (EU) 2016/679

The personal data collected on this website and any other information that may be directly or indirectly linked to you are processed and used in accordance with the principles set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Pursuant to and for the purposes of the aforementioned Regulation, the DATA CONTROLLER hereby informs you that any data collected via the website will be processed using primarily computerised tools and procedures, for the following purposes:

  • to answer the questions you have asked;
  • to maintain a database of the most frequently asked questions, suggestions and messages;
  • to subscribe you to our newsletter;
  • to manage the technical aspects of browsing (see also the section on ‘Cookie processing’).

The provision of Registration Data is mandatory, and failure to provide, even in part, the data expressly indicated as necessary for the purposes set out will make it impossible for SAPIENS S.R.L. to respond to your enquiries. The legal basis for processing is provided by Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, namely that processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject’s request.

The data you provide may only be accessed by employees of SAPIENS S.R.L. who are specifically authorised to process such data in their capacity as data processors, and in any case solely for the purpose of carrying out the activities you have requested. Data processors are bound by a duty of secrecy and confidentiality, including under specific internal regulations. In any event, the data will never be disclosed to third parties.

The data you provide will be retained for the period required by laws and regulations.
